More than a pouch, this is a reminder to CREATE. The colors and design of the letters are a reminder to have fun! As creatives, we are also massive critics of ourselves. Let’s get back to being more childlike: playing, wandering, exploring, curious, and learning from every fall.
The next aspect of this design is the fact that it’s a trash can full of crumpled up paper balls. (You might have thought they were rocks, but that works, too.) This is a reminder that when we create, we’ll make mistakes. THAT’S OKAY. We should see these mistakes as drafts. We should see these obstacles as stepping stones to something greater to come. Which leads me to the last element: the leaf.
The leaf is a reminder that from all those drafts and obstacles, we are growing. That next project might not be your big hit, but more importantly, you are growing and will continue to grow.
